Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to orders delivered in France.

Return Period

Caspirolus accepts return and exchange requests within 30 calendar days from the date of order receipt, for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions below.

The 30-day commercial period does not limit the rights provided by legal guarantees applicable to defective or non-compliant products.

To make a request, contact contact@caspirolus.com, stating your name, order number, the items concerned, and whether you want a refund or an exchange.

Condition of Returned Products

For a non-defective return or an exchange due to a change of mind, only new products are accepted. They must be complete, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in a condition that allows them to be resold.

This requirement does not limit your rights when a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-compliant.

Personalized Products

Products made to your specifications or significantly personalized, particularly those printed with a photo or visual provided by you, cannot be returned for a simple change of mind. However, they remain eligible for support in case of defect, damage, error, or non-compliance.

Returns are accepted only by postal shipment, after contacting Caspirolus.

The customer organizes the shipment and retains proof of deposit as well as a tracking number.

Return Costs

For a non-defective product or a return due to a change of mind, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

For a recognized defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-compliant product, reasonable postal costs advanced by the customer are reimbursed by Caspirolus upon presentation of proof.

No restocking fee is applied.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within the 30-day period, subject to availability. After receipt and inspection of the returned product, Caspirolus will arrange the shipment of the replacement product or offer you an equivalent solution.

Refunds

When the return is accepted, the refund is processed within a maximum of 7 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product. It is made to the payment method used for the order, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may then depend on your bank or payment provider.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Product

Contact us at contact@caspirolus.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs. We will inform you of the applicable return, exchange, or refund procedure.
