Conditions of the offer

• Offer reserved for customers who have purchased a product on caspirolus.com. Only one refund request is accepted per order, customer and household.
• The video must be original, public, last at least 20 seconds, clearly show a Caspirolus product and mention Caspirolus in the caption with the hashtag #Caspirolus.
• Mandatory transparency: as the refund constitutes consideration, the video must clearly display the words “Advertising” or “Commercial Collaboration” throughout the promotion. Also activate the platform’s paid partnership tool when available. The hashtag #Caspirolus alone is not enough.
• You remain free to give an honest and personal opinion. No positive reviews or imposed messages are required.
• Views must be organic. Views purchased, automated or obtained through a paid promotion are not eligible.
• The 2,000 view level entitles you to a refund of 50% of the price actually paid for the products. The level of 20,000 views entitles you to a 100% refund. The total reimbursement amount is capped at €39 per order. Shipping fees and gift cards are excluded.
• Request must be submitted within 60 days of purchase, with the video's public link, a capture of the view count, order number, and the email address used during purchase.
• Video must remain public for at least 30 days after refund. Caspirolus can verify the statistics and reject any fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• The refund is made to the original payment method after validation. This offer may be withdrawn for future purchases without affecting already eligible requests.
• Content must comply with the law and rules of the platform used. This program is not sponsored or administered by Instagram, TikTok or YouTube. Any possible re-sharing of the video by Caspirolus will be subject to a separate agreement.
