Caspirolus currently only delivers in France.

Delivery Methods and Costs

Available delivery methods, their costs, and any associated conditions are displayed in the cart and during checkout before payment. Depending on the address and order, options offered may include Standard or Colissimo tracked delivery.

Preparation and Timelines

The delivery time indicated at the time of order is an estimate. It may include preparation time and then transit. Delays beyond our control may occur, especially during peak periods or in the event of a carrier incident.

Delivery Address

The customer must provide an accurate and complete address. Caspirolus cannot be held responsible for a delay or return resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

Tracking and Reception

When a tracking number is available, it is communicated by email. Upon reception, check the condition of the package and items.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Package

In case of difficulty, contact us at contact@caspirolus.com or at 07 45 51 01 65, indicating your name and order number. For a damaged or incorrect item, please attach photographs if possible.
