1. Seller Identity

2. Scope of Application
These conditions govern sales concluded on caspirolus.com between Caspirolus and any consumer. The customer declares having the necessary legal capacity to contract and acknowledges having read these conditions before validating their order.
3. Products
The essential characteristics, dimensions, materials, patterns, options, and prices of the products are indicated on the product sheets. The customer must check the exact content of the lot and the selected options before ordering. Colors may vary slightly depending on screens, prints, and manufacturing series.
For personalized products, the customer is responsible for the quality, legality, and usage rights of the images or content transmitted. Caspirolus may refuse illicit, offensive content or content infringing on the rights of a third party.
4. Price
Prices are displayed in euros, including all applicable taxes. Delivery costs are indicated before the final validation of the order. Caspirolus may change its prices at any time, without affecting an already validated order.
5. Order
The customer selects the product, pattern, and any options, checks their cart, fills in their details, and then validates the payment. The order becomes final after payment confirmation. A summary confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer.
6. Payment
Payment is made using the solutions offered during checkout. Transactions are processed by secure payment providers. Caspirolus does not store the customer's full bank details.
7. Availability
Products are offered within the limits of manufacturing capacities and indicated availabilities. In case of unavailability after an order, the customer is informed and may accept a new deadline, choose an equivalent solution, or obtain a refund of the amounts paid.
8. Delivery
Caspirolus currently only delivers in France. Available methods, their costs, and estimated deadlines are displayed before order validation. The customer must provide an exact and complete address. Communicated deadlines are indicative and may be affected by external circumstances. Detailed terms are available in the delivery policy.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Except for legal exceptions, the consumer has fourteen days from the receipt of their order to notify their decision to withdraw, without having to give a reason. The request must be sent to contact@caspirolus.com, indicating the order number and the products concerned.
Products must be returned in a condition allowing their resale, unused, unwashed, and, when possible, in their original packaging. Return costs related to a withdrawal are borne by the customer. Detailed terms are available in the return and refund policy.
10. Personalized Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized, particularly when a photo or visual provided by the customer is printed specially for them. This exception does not deprive the customer of their rights in case of defect, damage, or non-conformity.
11. Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the return, Caspirolus refunds the amounts due using the initial payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Caspirolus may defer the refund until the products are recovered or proof of shipment is provided.
12. Legal Guarantees
The consumer benefits from applicable legal guarantees, particularly the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In case of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer must contact Caspirolus describing the problem and attaching, if useful, photographs.
13. Liability
Caspirolus cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from use contrary to care instructions, unsuitable washing, product modification, or abnormal use. No clause in these conditions limits the mandatory rights recognized for the consumer.
14. Intellectual Property
Caspirolus's creations, visuals, texts, photographs, and distinctive signs remain protected. The purchase of a product does not transfer any reproduction or exploitation right over the associated patterns and content.
15. Personal Data
Data necessary for ordering, payment, delivery, and customer service are processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
16. Complaints and Mediation
In case of difficulty, the customer must first send a written complaint to contact@caspirolus.com. After an initial approach that remained unresolved, the consumer can freely resort to a consumer mediator. The contact details of the mediator designated by Caspirolus will be communicated upon request and added to this page.
17. Applicable Law
These conditions are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the mandatory rules of territorial jurisdiction applicable to consumers remain fully applicable.
